Works On Sandy Lane Relief Road

To assist with the ongoing works on the road that runs between Berrywood Road at the north and A4500 at the south, lane closures will be in place on the A4500. This will be from 5th March to 4th April 2025
West Northants Council have advised that work on the link to complete the Sandy Lane Relief Road will start next week.

West Northants Council will be undertaking carriageway resurfacing, new road markings, and installation of anti-skid and traffic loops along the Eastbound carriageway of the A4500 Weedon Road Northampton.
Kier are intending on carrying out grip cleaning works on the above roads. Due to the size of the vehicle required undertake this work, the roads will be closed in sections for up to 2 days at off peak times and it is expected that the works will commence on the 27th December 2024.
