Installation of 5 New Defibs and Bleed Kits

Harpole Parish Council is pleased to announce that new defibrillators and bleed kits have been installed within our community, helping to ensure life-saving equipment is readily available when needed.

Published: 30 June 2026

Inside these Defibrillator boxes are two items: A defibrillator and a Bleed Kit.

A defibrillator can make a vital difference in a cardiac emergency, and these additional units will help improve access across the parish, providing greater reassurance for residents and visitors alike.

Bleed kits contain specialist equipment designed to help control severe bleeding in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive. They are intended for use in serious incidents and can help save lives when every second counts.

📍 Remember: In an emergency, always call 999 first. The ambulance service will provide the location of the nearest defibrillator or bleed kit, and the access code if required.
