NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above Order made by West Northamptonshire Council on 10^th July 2025 and which came into effect on 11^th July 2025 has been extended until the works to which it relates have been completed or until midnight on 11^th July 2027 whichever is sooner by the Secretary of State for Transport. Private access to land or premises adjacent to the said bridleway is unaffected.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The extension is required for health and safety as a water main diversion is unexpectedly required on Roman Road, which has impacted on and delayed the S.279 programme.

(Length of bridleway to be closed)

That length of Public Bridleway KP1 to be closed commences at the junction with Nobottle Road, at Point A on the map at National Grid Reference (‘NGR’) SP6978 6216. The route then proceeds generally east of north for 554 metres to terminate at point B on the map at NGR SP7003 6264. The route to be closed is shown on the map by a solid black line between points A-B.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: The alternative route will be signed on site and will vary as development progresses.
