Annual Parish Meeting

An Invitation to the Annual Parish Meeting of Harpole Thursday 14th May at 7.00pm – Harpole Bowls Club, Larkhall Lane, Harpole

This is your chance to come and find out what has been happening in the Parish. We will hear from Village Organisations and you can find out what the Parish Council has been doing in your name and help influence our plans.

All parishioners are warmly invited to attend. We welcome questions and suggestions on any subject relevant to the community either in advance or on the night.

Please note that this meeting is the OPEN ANNUAL PARISH MEETING FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARISH TO ATTEND, SPEAK AND ASK QUESTIONS. It is not a meeting of the parish council and as such there is great flexibility with the agenda.

It will be great to see as many of you as can make it on the evening, please do encourage attendance as widely as possible within the parish and come along with any questions, concerns, or ideas to make Harpole community the place we all would like to see and live within.

We aim to finish no later than 9.30pm. Tea’s coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the evening.
